What is the cheapest blind?
Roller Blinds are the cheapest, they also last longer due to less moving parts.
What’s the warranty period?
- Roller Blinds: 5-10 years on fabrics (mentioned in the swatch), 5 years on components
- Venetians: 3 Years
- Vertical Blinds: 3 years on components, 10 years on fabric.
Why roller blinds have a longer warranty compared to others?
Because they have fewer moving parts and less labour intensive to make. As an added bonus they also generally last longer as they have fewer moving parts to break.
We want venetians.
Venetians are designed to tilt up and down regularly; not to lift up and down often, especially the PVC ones. Lifting them up frequently will wear out the cord prematurely and will not be covered under warranty.
Can you do dual roll blinds?
Yes, we can, it will be double the cost for blinds plus slightly more for installation compared to single roller blinds.
Do you do custom made?
Yes, we only do custom made blinds using highest quality Australian materials.
Why your product is expensive compared to store bought? (Bunnings, Spotlight, Briscoes, Mitre 10)
Our products are custom made to fit your windows.
Our products are much better quality compared to store bought and comes with much longer warranty and many customers had them over 15+ years without any issues.
We use high quality Aluminium tubes that will last a lifetime whereas they use steel that will rust within few years.
Our fabrics will last you over a decade without fading under harsh NZ sun with high amount of UV.
Can you do a price match?
We will try, please send us the other suppliers quote and we will try our best. However, generally it’s hard to beat our prices with the same high-quality materials.
Can you leave the samples?
Sorry we cannot leave them; however, you are welcome to take pictures, or we can send you the link to the colour palette.
Please note that the colours may look different in real life compared to viewing them on a phone or a computer.
Also, they will look different under different lighting conditions. Our recommendation is seeing them in person under sunlight its intended location lighting.
Or simply visit our showroom or we can arrange another site visit if you are happy with our quote.

We will send you the invoice asap with the payment instructions.
We require 50% non-refundable deposit, and we can start the order.
Once this order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed in any way.
We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a time for installation.
What’s the Lead time?
Typically, 7-10 working days for blinds from the day we receive the deposit and 2+ weeks for curtains.
This may vary rarely due to stock issues, and we will communicate this with you asap.
Can you get them faster than that?
We can only try, but no guarantee. If it’s for few roller blinds, we might be able to get them faster if you choose a colour from our available stock.
What’s the most durable?
Roller Blinds are the most durable. Parts are easy to find and cheap easy to fix components.
We have kids or pets.
We recommend roller blinds, they are the easiest to clean, most durable and cheap and easy to fix.

Yes, we can provide that for free, will let the installer know one we are on site for the installation. But just FYI installing them will restrict the chain movement.
Can we get curtains?
Yes, we can supply and install curtains. But our curtains are very premium product, and we only use top quality European materials. We will take the measurements, but you must visit our supplier to make all the choices before we can give you a quote.
Our products are expensive because most of the cheaper curtain materials would not withstand harsh NZ sun with high amount of UV and will destroy the fabric within a year or so.
Also, the installation cost of curtains will be expensive because we would not know what’s behind then wall when we start drilling to mount them.
We only use top quality Australian materials and most of our customers had our products more than a decade and still in good condition
Will the material fade over time?
Our products are top quality Australian products specially designed to withstand harsh NZ sun with high levels of UV. They will last you more than a decade and some customers had them over 15+ years.
Can you fix my existing blind purchased from someone else?
We do not fix blinds as it’s generally cheaper to replace them rather than fixing them.
Can we get parts for blinds?
For the blinds supplied by us we will fix them for free when they are within the warranty period and after the warranty period, we will access the blinds to provide you with a solution and communicate the costs associated.
For all other inquiries or blind parts, you can visit our showroom, and we will try our best to find you a solution.
How do we clean them?
Don’t use any harsh chemicals. Use a damp cloth to wipe them. Generally, you don’t have to clean them unless you spill something on them.
Can we change the control sides?
For roller blinds it can be done easily when installing. For venetians or Vertical blinds, it can be complicated and may involve costs.
We generally recommend you put the control to avoid any window openings so the chain will not make noise when the window is open.
Are there any solutions for the gaps on both sides of the roller blinds?
Unfortunately, that’s normal for roller blinds to accommodate the rolling mechanism and chain. The only thing we can do is recommend you the back troll and outside mount which will not look nice. We only recommend that for a commercial setting where functionality is a priority over the looks.
Can we do outside mount?
Yes, we can, it will be a bit more expensive because of the extra materials used and would not look as nice as the inside mount.
Can we do Back roll?
Yes, we can, it will not look as nice as the front roll, especially for a house.
Can you install the blinds/curtains we already have?
Sorry we cannot install blinds not supplied by us.
However, we will do this if they are buying from us. As an example, they buy blinds for the whole house and ask us to install few existing curtains, provide a quote for the installation cost.

Can we get the blinds now and add motors later?
Yes, you can, it will be the cost of the motors plus installation fee. The installation cost will be cheaper if you do them at once.
We live outside Auckland can you deliver?
Will do up to Hamilton if it’s a developer with few houses or a large house with many windows. Usually over $5000+ sales. If its under $5000 and similar distance to Hamilton we may charge a destination fee.
Otherwise, we can supply the blinds, and you can install them yourself which is very straight forward. Customer must provide the measurements and it’s their responsibility to give us the correct measurements.
